My aunt Janet has always been a source of strength and comedy in our family. Now, she is facing one of the toughest battles of her life after being diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma and Stage 4 metastatic nueroendocrine colon cancer. It has grown greatly in the last 6 weeks to the point of requiring 3/4 of her colon removed. The liver has even for cancerous lesions and The news has been overwhelming for all of us, but especially for Janet, who is preparing for a long journey of treatments and recovery.

As she begins this fight, the financial burden is quickly adding up. Medical bills, co-pays, ongoing treatments, and travel expenses are creating a lot of stress for Janet and our family. On top of that, she is unable to work as she focuses on her health, making it even harder to keep up with daily living expenses.
