Support Janet Ramas: Fighting Cancer with Faith & Strength
Donation protected
Hi everyone,
I come to you today with a heart that is both heavy and hopeful. My mom, Janet Ramas, is in the fight of her life—one that no one should ever have to face once, let alone twice. After overcoming colorectal cancer, those cells spread and have now affected her liver. She is not only battling this disease, but she is also enduring the grueling effects of chemotherapy, chronic pain, and relentless bacterial infections, all while navigating the overwhelming toll of countless medications and treatments.
And yet, through it all, she continues to fight with unwavering faith. My mom is a warrior—not just against this sickness but in her belief that God is still working, still moving, and still able to heal. She clings to that truth every single day, and as a family, we are standing beside her, radically praying and audaciously believing for a miracle.
While we are trusting in God’s provision, we are also facing the hard realities of mounting medical costs, medications, and the many expenses that come with this battle. We expect nothing, but if you feel led in any way—whether that be through financial support or through fervent prayer—I know it would mean the world to my mom. Every bit of generosity, whether through donations or lifting my mom up in prayer, is a profound blessing that helps lighten this burden as she fights on.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read this, for your prayers, your love, and your support. We are believing in a testimony far greater than this trial, and we ALL know my mom’s story is not over yet.
"We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves. We are pressed on every side by troubles, but we are not crushed. We are perplexed, but not driven to despair. We are hunted down, but never abandoned by God. We get knocked down, but we are not destroyed. Through suffering, our bodies continue to share in the death of Jesus so that the life of Jesus may also be seen in our bodies." ~ 2 Corinthians 4:7-10
