My name is Frank Zanca, and I’m heartbroken to share the sudden and tragic passing of my beloved mother, Janet Erb.

At 82 years old, my mom was still sharp, full of love, and a pillar of strength in our lives. A few weeks ago, she went into the hospital for a routine leg surgery. Unfortunately, during her stay, she contracted COVID. Within days, her condition worsened, and she was placed on a respirator. Just a week later, she passed away.

This loss was not only unexpected—it was devastating. Due to the circumstances, there is no legal recourse, and we’re now left with funeral expenses that far exceed what her life insurance covers.

I’m reaching out to ask for help. Anything you can contribute—no matter how small—will go directly toward giving my mother the respectful farewell she deserves.
