Support Janet Anderson After Jim's Passing

I am writing on behalf of my parents, Jim and Janet Anderson. As some of you may know James (Jim) Eric Anderson, the patriarch of our family, left this earth on April 27th, 2025. We are seeking funds to aid my mother, Janet, in her life after the loss of her husband. Janet is a 75 year old retiree and her income comes from solely from social security. These funds would assist her in paying for Jim's funeral as well as assist her with her living expenses.

Jim was an amazing son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, & great-grandfather. Jim was born in 1945 in Pasadena, CA. He married his wife, Janet Anderson, 47 years ago. Soon after, he decided to relocate his family to Santa Barbara and has been a well-known and respected man of our community since. He had a passion for landscaping and started his own business called "The Maintenance Company." He was lucky to do what he loved. Landscaping was his art, and his clients appreciated that he designed their properties with love. Throughout his time in Santa Barbara, he was featured in both the Santa Barbara News-Press and the Independent for his accomplishments. He was an Army Veteran who served our country in the Vietnam War. He also had a passion for baseball and coached numerous little league teams throughout the years. He loved coaching his son the most. He was a funny guy who made people laugh with his dark humor. He was a "One of a Kind" and so very loved by his friends and family.
