We are raising funds to help support Janet after the heartbreaking loss of her son, Adam Armstrong. Adam went missing July 13th, 2026 and tragically, his body was identified in September at Lake Pueblo State Park. Janet and our family are now processing this devastating news while planning his memorial service.
Adam was a kind and gentle soul who was dearly loved by the community. He worked as a custodian at Liberty Point International Middle School, and the impact he made on the people he met was immense. Adam meant so much to so many and this was felt by Janet and our family as we saw the community rally behind with support of thoughts, prayers and actions.
This loss is deeply painful, and also came during Janet’s ongoing recovery from a medical emergency. She has recently returned from rehabilitation to heal at home, and is now living alone along with mourning her son. The funds raised will help cover both memorial expenses and continuing living expenses as she navigates the weeks and months ahead. Ongoing support can help Janet keep up with her day to day needs while she grieves, and one-time donations are just as appreciated, especially as Adam’s memorial service is being planned now and support is especially needed this week.
Thank you to the Pueblo community for the support already shown during this difficult time. If you are able, please consider making a donation or sharing this fundraiser to help support Janet through this heartbreaking loss.
