About a year ago, I received an unfortunate prognosis that I am having severe bone loss surrounding some of my teeth. The most significant issue is my front right tooth. This became apparent when the tooth became loose and my dentist told me I am going to lose this tooth. Since then, the tooth has shifted significantly, causing me pain and discomfort, slurring my speech, and diminishing my self-confidence. I’ve had several second opinions, seen specialists, and shed many tears about this health issue. Finally, my dentist and I have settled on a treatment that will hopefully help and save my front tooth from removal. It would be best for me to start this process as soon as possible.

I am seeking assistance to pay for this plan of treatment as the costs are more than I can afford. I am a single mother of 2 children and active in my community where I also offer support to many people. The sooner I can start this plan, the better it will be to ensure results. The treatment costs about $8000 and I need $3500 to start the process. I humbly ask for help for me to reach the goal of saving my tooth and my oral health. I’ve been suffering with this issue for over a year and have had fear of losing the tooth and have been stunted with this process because of finances. Any help that can be offered is welcome and greatly appreciated.
