Help Janai Follow Her Culinary Dreams at Johnson & Wales University

Hello friends, family, and community,

We are reaching out to ask for your support in helping an incredibly driven and talented young woman, Janai, pursue her dream of becoming a chef.

Janai has recently been accepted into the prestigious Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island to study Culinary Arts. Cooking has always been her passion — from experimenting with flavors in the kitchen to dreaming of opening her own restaurant one day. This opportunity is more than just school for her — it’s the first big step toward a lifelong dream.

Her mother, Viviana, a devoted single mom of two daughters, has worked tirelessly to support Janai emotionally, financially, and in every way possible. She couldn’t be more proud of Janai’s determination and the amazing young woman she has become.

While much of the tuition has been covered through scholarships, and hard work, there is still a remaining balance of $13,000 that needs to be raised in order for Janai to attend this fall. This amount is a significant burden on a single-income household, but with the help of our community, we believe we can lift that weight together.
