Support Jana Cotton's Recovery Journey

Hello, my mom is Jana Cotton, also known as Mrs. JJ at Sheridan schools.

My mom has been trying to leave her husband and was getting the last of her things from their house and was brutally attacked by him. She suffers from a skull fracture, broken hand, multiple wounds on her head, and bruises all over her body. He is currently held at Sheridan Detention Center on a $1 million bond.

We are normally very private people; however, this attack has occurred, so we are creating this for any medical bills, personal bills, and potential legal expenses that she may encounter.

My mother is one of the strongest women I know and fought hard to still be alive today; her self-defense wounds can attest to that.

We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from our community, and we appreciate it.
