Hi, I’m Cailey, Jammie’s oldest daughter. I’m creating this fundraiser to support my mom and her family during a very difficult and unexpected season. My mom is a wife and the mother of eight children, four of which are young children. She has always worked hard to care for her family. Unfortunately, she has developed shingles on her face, which has led to nerve damage in her eye, mouth, and face. The right side of her face has been affected and does not move and her eye has also been impacted. Because of this, she has been off of work while she heals and waits for the return of the function of her face and eye.

I am praying to raise funds to help offset the income she has lost while she is unable to work, as well as to support her essential living expenses during her recovery, including rent, bills, and groceries.

As a family, we are choosing to trust God during this time and lean on His promises. Scripture reminds us:

“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” — Philippians 4:19

We are also standing on the promise:

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
