Yesterday, Friday October 24th, my brother in law had the unthinkable happen. While working on their wood floor, the saw he was using hit a knot and jumped and it resulted in the loss of his first finger and thumb. He was admitted into Vanderbilt, TN, to undergo reattachment surgery. The surgical team was able to save his thumb, but didn't get so lucky with the finger. He will likely be undergoing another surgery in the future, but at this point we aren't sure. My sister Jamis (his wife) does work and luckily he has insurance which will pay for the hospital stay and surgeries, but will not cover any expenses they may incur in the meantime. I'm doing what is necessary to help them and what God has led me to do. In this time of pain and devastation, they are going to need all of us. If ever there was something to donate to, this is it. And if you cannot, we always appreciate prayers! Thank you all in advance! Please help me to make sure my family is taken care of! They are both wonderful people and never ask a soul for help, but I've seen them both help so many others countless times. They have 3 children that are just precious and it's time for them to get some help. Let's go!
