I’m Jamie and I am asking for donations to help fund my goal of playing in the USGA Adaptive Open in Maryland! The adaptive open is USGA sanctioned event that brings together golfers with various impairment categories including neurological, which I am under due to my Parkinson’s

After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2018, I had nearly lost all ability to enjoy any type of physical activity and or the ability to keep my competitive juices flowing until I had my deep brain stimulation surgery

The game of golf has brought back so many things I had lost. Time spent with family and friends that Golf, being social and meeting new people, enjoyment of competition, an activity that I can be successful in, a sense of individual accomplishment and to be honest and probably the best one is just something that I can feel normal doing again

There are 6 qualifying events throughout the country starting in April
