Our lovely friend Jamie Luminoso, is facing a long road to recovery. She had a serious jet ski accident in Texas, leaving her with significant injuries. She is currently in the hospital, far from home, and has already undergone two surgeries. Doctors estimate a recovery period of 3–6 months. Right now, Jamie is unable to walk and will need a cane as she begins the long road of healing.
You may know Jamie from working at Ricky T’s on Treasure Island or from dancing her way around St. Pete, spreading joy everywhere she goes. Anyone who knows her knows her vibrant, free-spirited energy—lighting up every room with her silliness, positivity, and warmth. She’s a hard worker and a true friend, always ready to support others and bring joy wherever she goes. To know Jamie is to love Jamie.
During this time, Jamie cannot work, and medical bills are quickly adding up alongside her daily living expenses. Your contribution, whether big or small, will go directly toward her medical care, rehabilitation, and basic needs. Giving her the chance she needs to focus fully on healing.
It would mean so much if the community—as well as Jamie’s family and friends—could come together to help make this journey as smooth as possible. We are deeply grateful for every bit of support, whether through donations, love, or simply sharing her story.
Let’s help bring Jamie back to the dance floor and under that sweet St. Pete sunshine she loves so much.
Every bit of support means so much. If GoFundMe isn’t your preferred way to give, contributions can also be made through Venmo (@Jamie-Luminoso) .
