Jamie Dodd passed away on 11/2/25 after a long struggle with Alzheimer's. On October 29th, 2024, she fell on the front porch and fractured her hip. This was the catalyst for other events in her life, such as moving to a memory care facility. She fell again in September of this year, fracturing her tailbone and triggering her fast decline. She was always such a light and loved by many with her contagious smile and laugh. She was a flight attendant for United for 47 years until she retired in 2019. It was something she loved and even in her last year, she wished she could go back to.

We are trying to raise money for her funeral costs as all extra funds had to go to her care. As a Greek Orthodox, she did not believe in cremation as it is said they walk the earth for 40 days. This money will be used for a burial plot as well as all of the things that go along with that. Info regarding the funeral will be figured out and shared.
