Donation protected
Dear Friends and Supporters,
To celebrate the life of Jamie Brickley, we are raising funds to establish a permanent memorial book collection in the library at West Chester University. Your donation will go toward purchasing fiction literature that will forever be housed under- Postmodern Dystopia and Hope: The James Brickley Collection.
Jamie Brickley passed away ten years ago, leaving a legacy of creativity, passion, and unique spirit. A talented writer, Jamie posthumously graduated from West Chester University in Spring 2015 with a BA in English. While at WCU, he self-published a novel, The Alchemy of Strangers, which now resides on the university library shelves—a testament to his love of storytelling and literature.
To honor Jamie’s memory, we have the opportunity to create a unique collection featuring books that reflect his passions. This effort, Postmodern Dystopia and Hope: The James Brickley Collection, will enhance the library’s offerings by including works that otherwise wouldn’t be available. It will inspire future students with the kind of material Jamie enjoyed. Your contribution will go directly toward building this meaningful tribute to Jamie’s life and spirit.
Thanks for helping us create a lasting legacy at a place he loved and where his talent continues to inspire. Here’s a tentative list of titles that will be acquired with your help:
