Hello there! My name is James, some of you know me as RedArmy/Armory, others know me by my former bands Jenny Piccolo, Mohinder, Makara, and the Anasazi. I was diagnosed with Primary Hyperoxaluria (I cannot break down kidney stone material) a year ago and it has completely turned my life upside down . I have had one procedure and one surgery so far for this condition and am due for a second surgery within the next month or two. I am currently drowning in medical debt, from multiple hospitalizations to regular and specialist doctor’s visits. I have passed 5 kidney stones in the past 6 weeks with none of this slowing down. This has left me mostly debilitated, especially when these episode’s occur. On top of that, it makes it very hard to get a job, not only with this condition but also having undergone shoulder replacements on both shoulders. I am asking for help to assist in my past and ongoing medical costs as I try to navigate this disease and stave off having to undergo a liver transplant and/or kidney transplant.
