Support James Robbins After Boat Sinking

My name is James Robbins. I am a long-time fisherman from Lubec, Maine. On Feb 22, 2025, another fisherman came to my house to tell me my boat was sinking. My outboard got caught on the rigging of another boat that sank a few weeks prior, and the owner just left it without marking it so the rest of us fishermen would know there was something there. It totaled my boat, so now I have to rebuild it. I did not have insurance on my boat because, as you all know, it is very expensive, and I was out of work most of last summer as I had to have two major eye surgeries. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
