Just a few weeks ago, James was rushed to the emergency room after experiencing unbearable pain due to diverticulitis; affecting the colon and intestines. What we thought might be something minor turned out to be life-threatening. Doctors immediately performed emergency surgery, without it, James would not be here with us today.

We are profoundly grateful that the surgery was successful — but it came at a cost no one could have anticipated.

Now facing overwhelming medical bills that continue to mount by the day, covering the cost of emergency care, intensive hospital stay, post-operative treatment, medications, and upcoming follow-up procedures. On top of that, he is currently unable to return to work as he focuses on recovery.
