Hi, my name is James Henderson.

I am out of work on medical leave.

I am hoping to raise funds for rent, medical expenses, and prescription copays.

I have not worked since March 25th.

On the morning of March 26th, I tripped on a curb, rolled down a hill, and smacked my head on a concrete sidewalk. The next thing I remember is a stranger helping me up. I was able to stagger home. (I didn’t go to the hospital right away, hard-headed, and I figured I might be alright).

On the morning of the 29th, I fell in my room and cut my forehead. Then on April 3rd, I fell again, and my fiancé said, "You’re going to the hospital."

When we got to the hospital, my BP was 71/57.

When they were able to get my BP normal, they decided to admit me due to dizziness, headaches, and lack of balance.

They did a CT scan, which came back negative.

They treated me for post-concussion syndrome and also found 2 cysts on my right kidney and diagnosed me with neuropathy in my feet.

I was finally discharged after a week on April 10.

After discharge, I had to go through physical therapy.

I’m still waiting to be told I can go back to work.

So, I am trying to raise funds to help with rent, monthly expenses, groceries, medical expenses, and prescription copays.

Any assistance helps, no matter the amount.
