Hello, my name is James and I was involved in a motorcycle accident back in March of 2022. I sustained a compound fracture of my right fibula bone and approximately a 3-inch shatter of my lower right tibia bone. I have fought and tried hard for 2 years to save my leg. I have undergone over a dozen surgeries, but unfortunately, due to multiple bacterial infections, my right leg had to be amputated.

I haven't worked since the date of my accident due to my disability. I have applied for SSDI but was denied, so I appealed the decision and was denied a second time. My wife has endured a lot of stress and anxiety since she has become the only income provider for our family of six. Times are getting very difficult at this point, trying to pay her own bills plus mine and provide for our four children as well.

The reason I'm setting up this GoFundMe is to reach out for a little bit of help in covering some of my bills for the next couple of months until I can get an SSDI court date.
