Support James Neal and Family

In early December our friend James Neal contracted covid-19 and he remains in the ICU at Maine Medical center. James lives with his amazing girlfriend Kristina and together they are raising two beautiful girls. Kristina can't be with James due to the hospital not allowing visitors, however she has fought, prayed and battled from home for him. The love and support from the community has been incredible, many of you have asked how you can help. As friends to James and Kristina, we have started this go fund me page to aid in the recovery expenses. James is someone who is always willing to help his family, friends and complete strangers. We are so thankful for everyone who has reached out to help James fight this battle. By supporting this cause, you can help defray the costs of medical expenses including physical therapy upon discharge from the hospital. As many of you already know, James is a self employed contractor, and will likely be out of work for several more months. James has spent almost 4 weeks in the hospital, so far 3 of those weeks have been in the ICU. He currently still remains in critical care in the ICU with no estimated date of discharge.

James resilience and strength have been an inspiration to all of us. I am sure he is eager to get back home and back to work and get on with his life. It will undoubtedly be a long road but, in time doctors at Maine Med are hopeful for him to make a full recovery. James continues to fight to recover and any support and prayers are greatly appreciated. We all want to thank each and every person who has helped support James and their family.
