On April 11th, James King was rushed to Phoebe Hospital, where doctors quickly realized how critical his condition was.

Right now, James is in the ICU, fighting for his life.

He is septic, on a ventilator, and his kidneys and liver are failing. Doctors have started dialysis and are doing everything they can to save him. We are praying and holding onto hope—but the truth is, James is extremely sick and facing a long, uncertain road ahead.

His wife Kelly and their 17-year-old son Julian are living through every family’s worst nightmare.

In a matter of hours, their entire world was turned upside down. Now, instead of focusing only on being by James’s side, they are also facing overwhelming financial stress medical bills, time away from work, and the day-to-day cost of simply getting through this.
