Support James' Critical Recovery Journey
Donation protected
Hi All,
As many of you may be aware, on Sunday, August 11, James was admitted to the trauma ICU due to a terrible motorcycle accident with another vehicle. James lost control of his motorcycle, hit a guardrail becoming airborne and tossed 10 feet from his motorcycle. He sustained severe injuries to his face/body, and sliced the left femoral artery.
Thank God he was wearing a helmet and thank God to the good samaritan that stopped when they saw the accident. They quickly placed a tourniquet on his left thigh to hold the artery from bleeding out, to save his life. He is still in critical condition and needs all the prayers he can get. He has a long hospital stay in front of him and even longer rehabilitation.
The most important piece is that James’ recovery is going well and we are so thankful for the amazing medical team who have performed this lifesaving work.
And, the work is not over. James has a long road ahead of him as he heals and adjusts to his new normal. The first months of recovery are the most difficult and critical and -- this is where YOU come in!
We know many of you have been asking how to support James in this critical recovery period and one of the ways you can help is by making a financial gift. Your gift will help cover the costs of:
* Medical bills
* Transportation to/from follow-up appointments
* Lost wages
* Meals and groceries
And all of the other little things that will help James’ make a full recovery.
Your support, at any level, is very much appreciated!
