Hello my name is Jessica Spears and im here trying to raise funds for my dad James Burger who recently had a stroke on Wednesday December 3rd. Also weeks prior to having this stroke, he had fell off an ATV hitting his head and sending him to the ER. As you can imagine times are tough and medical bills are piling up.
