If you’ve ever worked with Vivint in Ohio, chances are you’ve met James Brown. For over 12 years, James has been the heartbeat of our team—a dedicated trainer, a trusted mentor, and a steady source of inspiration for everyone who’s come through these doors. His impact on our success cannot be overstated; he’s trained and supported countless individuals, always with humility, patience, and heart.

James is more than just a team member—he's family to so many of us. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and minister at his local church, James is someone who lives to serve others. He has faced countless personal hardships, including the painful loss of loved ones and walking alongside his wife as she bravely battled cancer. Through it all, James remained the same kind, steady, faith-filled man we all admire.

Tragically, just two weeks ago, James suffered a massive heart attack while at his church. He required emergency surgery and is now facing a long road to recovery. While James is thankfully still with us, his recovery will keep him away from work for an extended period, and as we all know, the financial burden of medical emergencies can be overwhelming.

Now it’s our turn to be there for him.

James has always been the first to lend a hand, to encourage someone going through a tough time, or to show up when it mattered most—never asking for anything in return. Today, we have the chance to return that love and support.
