HELP James Alexander fight for more time.

My name is Pauline, and my husband James has been fighting Stage 4 Cancer for the past two years under the care of his oncology team at MD Anderson Cancer Center (Jaffer A. Ajani, Sujit Prahbhu, Alexander Augustyn and many more). Despite every treatment, we recently received devastating news: the cancer has now spread to his brain and his cerebrospinal fluid (Leptomeningeal Disease). James is 55years old and is an avid golf fanatic, he also loves his sports teams, Texas Rangers Baseball and The Dallas Cowboys football.

He has undergone Brain Surgery to remove two tumors, and beginning December 1st 2025, he will start whole-brain radiation for the remaining nine. His doctors have told us that time is now precious. James continues to fight with courage, and we are doing everything possible to give him the best chance at stability and quality of life.

Unfortunately the treatments he urgently needs are not covered by insurance, and we must secure them privately.

What we need:

To help strengthen James for the aggressive chemotherapy he will soon begin, we need to purchase two essential medical devices:

These therapies help reduce inflammation, regenerate healthy tissue, ease severe pain and support the body through intense treatments. Together they cost between $10,000 - $20,000, plus medications, which is why we are asking for your help.

Why This Matters:

We need these devices by mid-December so James can begin preparing his body for the next phase of treatment. Our hope is to give him the strength to continue fighting and, God willing, allow us to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary on April 7, 2026.
