Jamaica holds a very special place in our hearts. Not only is one of us of Jamaican heritage, but it’s also where we got married, a place that has always felt like our home away from home.

Right now, Jamaica is hurting deeply. The entire island has been affected, but the South Coast, particularly St. Elizabeth, where we stay when we go, has been hit the hardest. Many of our friends and loved ones have lost everything - their homes, their belongings, and even their sense of stability.

They are without the most basic things we often take for granted:

a bed to sleep on, a sofa to sit on, a kitchen to cook in, even simple utensils.

They haven’t just lost the roof over their heads, they’ve lost every single brick, every piece of their home, and all the sentimental memories that lived within it.

We’re reaching out to ask for your help to raise funds so that we can support them with essentials like food, clean water, temporary shelter, and the materials needed to rebuild not just their homes, but their lives.
