Support Ja'Lena's Medical and Living Expenses

My name is Ja’Lena. I broke my foot going to see a friend literally in the parking lot of the hospital. I currently have a cast on and my job told me I could return to work using the knee scooter. Well after three days I returned to work. And worked for three days. The higher ups in the company said I had to be sent home until I get a proper medical accommodation thru corporate. I have a doctors note saying I can use the scooter with the restrictions notated. Well over two days there were multiple phone calls back and forth and a case was submitted. By them allowing me to go back to work that made me ineligible for short term disability. You must be off 7 consecutive days in a row. Corporate even said in their own words “you were screwed bad”. I need help with the next three doctors visits, cast removal and the orthopedic is having me order a boot off of Amazon. Anything will help out here. This is causing a multitude of stress and I won’t be able to afford my rent for May. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
