Hey Hit Fitters,

As many of you may know - one our newest team members Jalen Clark sustained a knee injury back in April. Despite trying his best to work and teach on crutches - with his limited mobility he has not been able to work at full capacity for some time. So all of his personal training income and Hit Fit class income has been severely affected.

Jalen just had his long awaited surgery last Saturday August 3rd and is now on the road to recovery but it will be 4-6 weeks of rest before he is able to teach any classes or work at all.

He could really do with our help to cover basic living expenses while he is laid up and unable to work. Let's come together and please help him out. Any amount will be greatly appreciated.

Jalen will be back teaching at Hit Fit Sf as soon as he feels ready. He is a superb athlete and very promising up and coming fighter looking to turn professional in 2025. So we expect him to make a full and quick recovery.

In the short time he was with us before getting injured - Jalen taught some kick as classes for us all and was always ready to help sub for trainers who needed coverage. He is a great new addition to the team and we look forward to having him back in full health. Let's show him some love!
