On Saturday, March 7, 2026, Jakobi Sharp was involved in a serious car accident and sustained multiple injuries. He is currently receiving care at UAB Hospital. By God’s grace, Jakobi is recovering well, but he still has a road ahead as he continues to heal.

His family has remained faithfully by his side during this time. His mother stays overnight at the hospital, his father travels daily from work to UAB, and his sisters are traveling from Jacksonville State University and Huntsville to spend time with him and support his recovery.

Many people have reached out asking how they can bless the Sharp family during this time, so this GoFundMe was created as a way for those who feel led to help. Donations will assist with travel, meals, and other expenses as the family remains close to Jakobi while he recovers.
