On February 10th, 2023, Jacob Noble Turner, a beloved son, father and friend was in an unimaginable car accident while driving home on Bailey Road in Pittsburg, CA. A vehicle operated by a drunk driver sped past another car and hit Jacob head on. By the grace of god and his guardian angels, Jacob is still with us but does have a long road to recovery ahead.

Jacob is left with multiple fractures in each leg, a few broken ribs and a shattered right foot. The impact from his seatbelt and the steering wheel crushed his chest and bruised his heart. Unable to breath on his own, Jacob is being supported by a ventilator. Jacob's care team is monitoriting the swelling of his brain which is decreasing by the day. He will require additional surgeries and a great deal of care going forward.

Miraculously, Jacob is responding when loved ones speak to him by moving his legs around.

We can feel his presence as Jacob physically responds to the love around him. His care team is amazed by his strength and perserverance. While it is heartbreaking to see him like this, we are focused on the strong, selfless and loving young man we know Jacob to be. Jacob would want us to focus on the positive outcomes ahead so we are asking that you keep him in your thoughts, say a prayer or send good energy his way. Jacob's medical bills are quickly piling up and he will be unable to work for the foreseeable future, putting an additional stress on the family.
