Hell my name is Mark Espinoza I am trying to help my friend Jake Jaramillo with easing some fund for medical purposes. Jake was rushed to Garden City by ambulance 4 days ago for emergency surgery on an infection, doctor was able to remove all of the infection however Jake will have to be off work for 6-8 weeks or longer. He is without sick time and vacation time to help him through. Jake would literally give you the shirt off his back I have witnessed this first hand. Any and all help with help.
