On October 31st, Jake suffered a heart attack and underwent open-heart surgery the next couple of days. Jake is going to be out of work for some time. Anyone that knows Jake knows he is one of the most giving souls. The money used will be to help with his care until he can get back to work, as he has a long road ahead of him.Anything donated will go to food and rent while he is down.
