We are reaching out to ask for help for an amazing, bright light, named Jake. After suffering a sudden and serious medical emergency, he has faced multiple surgeries and extended hospital stays just to begin the road to recovery. This road will be long, as he has been warned of more surgeries.

Jake has always worked hard to grow his artistic projects while making sure to provide for himself and his loved ones. He doesn't shy away from tough jobs, and we all want to ease any pain we can. He has greatly damaged both shoulders and vertebrae, and for a young, active person, this is life-changing.

Because of his condition, he will be out of work and relying on disability for the foreseeable future. While he focuses on healing, the cost of surgeries, hospital care, rehabilitation, and basic living expenses continues to grow.
