Jake wanted to put this together for final arrangements. With all that we have been going through with our cancer journey, we did not arrange for life insurance. Jake is not interested in anything fancy, and funds will be used for cremation and where he wants to be located (scattered?).

I (Laura) will make sure his final wishes happen and that he is comfortable now on the last part of his "journey."

Note, Jake is entering hospice today Thursday 8/29, the date selected for this is just an estimate.
