Support Jake Through His Medical Challenges

Dear Friends and Family,

On behalf of the Houston family, I am reaching out to you for help. Jacob (Jake) Houston, son of Dennis and Roxanne Houston, is currently facing difficult and challenging times as he battles medical issues, including organ failure. Jake recently spent 12 days in the ICU at UC San Diego. He has made some significant progress, but his journey is far from over, and there is a possibility he may require an organ transplant in the near future.

Throughout all of these trials, his partner Maya, has remained steadfast by his side, providing unwavering support and care. Her dedication is a testament to the strength found in love. In these trying times, the Houston Family humbly requests your help to support Maya as she continues to care for Jake. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be deeply appreciated and will go directly to Jake & Maya to help with medical expenses and necessary support.

Jake has been and continues to be the light of his family, and they are committed to doing everything in their power to ensure he gets the best possible care.
