sadly Jake’s life was taken far too soon in an absolutely tragic accident over the weekend.

jake was such a kind hearted, loving and selfless young man who would’ve done anything for anyone.

please help in anyway you can to give Jake the beautiful funeral he deserves , also to give his family the much needed support as they navigate through this heartbreaking time in their lives .
