Jacob Massey, a loving father, brother, son, and husband, has been bravely facing the challenges of ALS. Unfortunately, as the disease progresses, it has become harder for him to leave the house. His only outings in the past six months have been for doctor appointments via medical transport, causing him to miss precious moments like his kids' and grandkids’ birthday parties, church events, sporting events, and gatherings with friends.
Jake shares: "My ability to leave the house has gotten harder and harder. The only way for me to continue enjoying life with my family is through a handicap-accessible van. It’s bad enough being a prisoner of my own body—I shouldn’t have to be one in my home."
We are raising funds for a pre-owned 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with a Revability Legend P side-entry folding ramp conversion. Your donation is more than just a contribution toward a van—it's an investment in Jake's ability to live fully, reconnect with the world, and be present for his family.
Please consider helping Jake reclaim his freedom. Every bit helps and is deeply appreciated. Thank you for supporting this incredible cause!
