This GoFundMe was originally created to help with Jake’s treatment and the family’s expenses following his diagnosis of Stage IV stomach cancer. On November 1, 2025, Jake passed away after facing his illness with remarkable courage and grace.

Jake was recently diagnosed with advanced stomach cancer, and life has changed overnight for his family of five.
