Jake and Emily Gandy married in March 2021. In August of 2021, they started trying to grow their family and got pregnant right away but suffered an early miscarriage in October. They had another miscarriage in late December 2021 and had their third miscarriage in 6 months in March 2022. Over the last 3 1/2 years, they have had many negative pregnancy tests, many heartbreaks, and several fertility tests. Jake and Emily now have a treatment plan from their Fertility Doctor that will hopefully be their best chance at having what they so desperately want, to become parents. Unfortunately, this plan is three times the cost of what they were prepared for.

Jake has always had an affinity for babies and children. They have been drawn to him from a young age when he would help his Nana with her daycare.

Emily is the Lunchroom Manager of an elementary school. She helps take care of and love the kids at her school all week. On Sunday mornings, you can find Emily leading one of the Pre-K classes at her church, helping to teach the kids all about the love of Jesus and the wonders of the Bible.

All Jake and Emily have ever wanted was a family of their own. They are grateful for any donation that will help them reach their goal so that they can try to make that dream a reality.
