Hello my name is Dayanna Munoz & I'm raising funds for my Father Jaime Munoz who unexpectedly on 02/21 got severe chest pain and shortness of breath and ended up needing emergency open heart surgery due to his aorta being ruptured. We are so thankful that they were able to perform the surgery just in time or the outcome would have been very different.
