Hi! My name is Jaime, and I am raising funds for the Meta glasses that have live Captions in the lenses!! I was born with hearing loss, and my last pair of hearing aids have died, I saw these and got so excited!! Over the last few years my hearing has declined and I am now a candidate for Cochlear implants which I previously didn't qualify for. I would love the chance to be able to give these glasses a try before committing to the surgery and making a permanent decision.

These glasses could help me in so many different areas of my life, especially at work. I am a massage therapist. Although my work setting is calm and quiet it's still a struggle to hear everything. These would make working with my clients 110 times easier! I also have 3 sons and while I am going without hearing aids at the moment these would help me fill in the gaps of what I am also missing at home as well!

It just seems like an amazing part of technology a HOH (hard of hearing) person could benefit from between hearing aids, and cochlear implants, it might be just what I need to avoid surgery and fill in the gaps of what I am missing out on!!
