The disease that I have is Myopic Degeneration and is progressing rapidly. I've already lost my left eye; the only good one is the right one, but my specialist doesn’t know why. I am losing my eyesight rapidly, making everyday tasks more challenging and uncertain. I have been getting injections to prolong my eyesight and have to get them every 3-4 weeks. Despite all this, I continue to push forward, working overnight shifts. My job reduced my hours from 40 hours to 16 hours per week, making it more difficult for me and sacrificing the rest my body desperately needs, all to keep up with mounting medical bills from my treatments and to provide for my family.

The physical and emotional toll has been overwhelming, but I remain committed to my loved ones through it all.
