As you all are aware of my current medical situation, unfortunately, I will no longer be able to work in the cleaning business. I tried so hard it literally almost killed me. The nurse that took care of me on 4-5-25 gave me all the breathing treatments and potassium, but at 40 MGs it was a deadly dose. Yes, I was coded at a stroke. Thankfully, I came out of that, and because they took my potassium levels immediately after my infusion, the numbers came up to 3.4, so they discharged me. Yes, legally smart use good levels and get me OUT. No wheelchair out, I walked out. In the parking lot, I sat on a bench with a dead phone. Another angel entered my life. He asked if I needed help. I said, 'Can I please use your phone?' I called Laura, but she wasn't close, so Cliff said, 'I'll drive you 48 minutes away to another hospital.' I said, 'You better not be an ax murderer, because my daughter has my location!' He got me a wheelchair, checked me in, held my pocketbook, and stayed with me for over an hour and a half. Laura and Jaidyn showed up, so he left. As did we after 4 hours in the waiting room. So we came home. Wonderful Liz Casano did some research and felt TRINITY was a great hospital. So we all traveled there, and it was like night and day. 15 minutes in, gown, IV in, blood taken, EKG, vitals. The wonderful doctor explained to us what the other hospital did wrong, as I explained above. So my heart has more damage than it originally had. My COPD is bad, but I'm on the proper meds, inhalers, and breathing treatments. I will be obtaining all NEW SPECIALISTS and hopefully will be way better. As per Jaidyn, this poor 17-year-old was hit with this information in 7th period in school. My white car that has always been there was not there. Everybody did step up, support her, love her, and guided her through this last week. Yes, I've had brain aneurysms and traumatic brain injuries, but she was young, and it was all on her shoulders. When I came home, we had our first mother-daughter real talk, and wow, she is unbelievable. She feels bad for my extremely difficult childhood, my physical and mental abuse from Benny. She said she watched a show about abuse, and she can now relate to what I went through while still trying to protect her. Instead of my older sons judging me and not understanding my brain traumas, they chose to just call me nuts and not include me in their lives. If they have to paint me out as the bad one because their dad died, I will fit their narrative so they can live a great life. So that pretty much sums it up. Jaidyn passed her EKG certification and is graduating with high honors. I couldn't be prouder. I am asking for you guys, believe me, with my head in the sand of embarrassment. I have ALWAYS found a way. But unfortunately, I have to rest, do breathing treatments, and take good care of my heart and, really important, my brain. So whatever you can spare would be deeply appreciated. Thank you in advance, and I will keep everyone posted. ♥️
