Greetings! My name is Jai Tate. My 10-year-old son and I are from the Bay Area. I am raising funds to help me purchase a new vehicle as well as be able to cover other bills and expenses.

Truth is, I have disabilities. I cope with mental health disorders and mobility issues all while raising my son primarily by myself. Having a car will not only help me get to where I need to go, but will also help my son maintain stability in his life.

Although we are experiencing hardship at this time, we are grateful for what we still have and we are optimistic about our future. I desire to go back to school, pursue my passion in the arts, and to live in our forever home. My son is one of the top students of his class, reads above grade level, exceptional in math, participates in sports, and is a lovely child at home. If anyone deserves this, it's him.
