I’m reaching out to ask for our community’s support for a neighbor in Section 16, Jahmal. Recently, Jahmal was riding his bike when he was struck in a hit-and-run accident right here in our neighborhood. He required emergency surgeries to repair the injuries he sustained and now faces a long road to recovery, with limited mobility for some time.

If you’ve ever met Jahmal, you know how hard it would be to say a single negative word about him. He’s full of energy, family-oriented, and always caring toward others.

Let’s turn this terrible event into an opportunity to show what our Balmoral community truly stands for — compassion, kindness, and support. Let’s rally around Jahmal and his family during this difficult time and remind them that they are not alone.
