Help Me Study Abroad in London

My name is Jahlil Pannell, and I am an artist, educator, muralist, poet, and community advocate from Sacramento, California.

Throughout my life, I have dedicated myself to using art as a tool for education, healing, cultural preservation, and community building. Whether teaching young students, creating public murals, organizing cultural events, documenting local artists, or building creative spaces through Taylor’d Mind Studios, my goal has always been the same: create opportunities that inspire people to dream bigger and see new possibilities for themselves.

Today, I have been given an opportunity to do exactly that.

I have been accepted into a Study Abroad program in London for the Fall 2026 semester. This experience will allow me to continue my education while immersing myself in one of the world’s most influential centers for art, history, culture, and global perspectives.

As an artist and educator, I believe learning should extend beyond the classroom. Studying abroad will expose me to museums, public art, architecture, cultural institutions, and diverse communities that will deepen my understanding of the world and strengthen the work I bring back home.

I am raising funds to help cover tuition-related expenses, housing, travel costs, program fees, and the additional expenses associated with studying internationally.

For those who know me, you know that everything I do is connected. The murals I paint, the students I teach, the community events I organize, the artists I support, and the vision I continue building through Taylor’d Mind Studios all stem from a desire to create meaningful impact through creativity and education.

This opportunity is not just an investment in my future. It is an investment in the communities, students, artists, and projects I will continue serving for years to come.
