Hi my loves, It’s not normal for me to reach out and ask for help, but I know I have amazing people in my life who want to see me succeed and reach my goals.

 After a long process, I recently learned that my insurance does cover facial feminization surgery (FFS). For the first time, this feels like something that is actually within reach instead of just a distant dream.

 FFS is a huge step for me, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. This is something I’ve worked tirelessly toward. While insurance helps, there are still significant out-of-pocket costs that I’m responsible for, which is why I’m asking for support.
