On August 8th my husband Jadin was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He has a “bulky” mass in the center of his chest with multiple masses in his neck. On top of that his right lung is not at full capacity due to a large amount of fluid surrounding it which has been hard for him to breathe at times doing day to day activities. He will be having 12 rounds of chemo for 6 months with a newly studied treatment of immunotherapy. We are very hopeful about being in remission in February. My husband is the biggest supporter for me and also our 4 stubborn cats (Pumpkin, Artichoke, Rutabaga, and Okra) and I know times will be tough being out of work for him. He will be turning 23 this year in December and having something like this happen so young is shocking for the both of us. We have very high hopes that everything will go well.
