Support Jade's Journey with a New Puppy

Eight years ago, we realized that our daughter Jade, needed an emotional support dog. We came here to ask if anyone was willing to help us acquire one for her.

We were shocked at the love and support we received!

We were able to get her a dog that we named Oakley and he changed her life and ours.

Not only was he the every day companion that she so desperately needed, he was also her support whenever life with autism got to be too much for her.

This past weekend, we lost our dear Oakley, and while we grieve his loss and honor the love he gave to everyone he met, Jade has lost her biggest supporter.

As with everyone, finances are extremely tight for us.

With your help, we will be able to adopt the right puppy for Jade, get proper veterinary care and get the training the dog will need, so that Jade can continue to have the support she needs to navigate the world with autism and limited speech abilities.

Just a bit more about Jade…

She is now 16 years old.

She loves anything mechanical, especially airplanes and grain harvesters. She is genuinely full of love for everyone she meets and her smile is like the sunshine after rain.

She has autism, apraxia of speech, sensory processing disorder, anxiety and depression. Because of this, she is also very lonely. That’s why she needs an emotional support dog so desperately.
