Hi everyone,

I’m creating this fundraiser on behalf of my dear friend Jade, who has been through an incredibly traumatic and painful experience — physically, emotionally, and financially — and needs our support to move forward.

A few weeks ago, Jade suffered a serious facial injury that left several of her front teeth broken, with one completely shattered down to the jaw. She went to an emergency dental clinic hoping to begin the process of recovery, but instead was met with rough, dismissive treatment and poorly done work that only made things worse.

The temporary teeth she was given were broken, painful, and placed so poorly that she could barely eat or speak. After pushing for a follow-up, she was finally seen again — only for the new set of temporaries to fall out less than 24 hours later, leaving her with exposed nerves and raw sensitivity.

She’s been in constant pain, unable to work comfortably, and is now left searching for a provider she can trust — while also having to come up with the funds to pay for everything all over again.

This fundraiser will help Jade cover:

• Emergency dental repair and safe, professional follow-up care

• Medications and wound care

• Specialist consults and travel for treatment

• Lost wages due to pain and missed work
